A dark appearance. The brand palette this application is built from has one set of surfaces, and a dark mode derived from it would need its own contrast pass on every token to be honest about legibility.

Sign-in is not configured. Demo mode is off and Okta sign-in is missing OKTA_ISSUER, OKTA_CLIENT_ID, OKTA_CLIENT_SECRET, SESSION_SECRET. Nothing is shown until the deployment has one way to identify a viewer. See docs/SIGN-IN.md.
